T O P I C R E V I E Wangel100Its very difficult to find much detailed information on these minor aspects in synastry from websites. Im wondering what you all think of these minor aspects? I have noticed in a few synastries between couples I know, a lot of these minor aspects at a very tight orb (under 1.5) between charts. Also the quintile and biquintile? Are they important? Do you think a couple sharing a moon-venus trine at orb 7 degrees would be less significant than another couple sharing a moon-venus quintile that is exact? Whats your view?Poupoupidou quote:Sesquiquadrate, semi-sextile and semi-square in synastry?Sesquiquadrate (a.k.a. sequisquare) is a slow disintegration of energies. It's increasing disorder, slowly but surely. IMHO, you can take the same interpretation as for natal charts. I like to describe semi-sextiles as the opposite of murphy's law. If it can go right, it will go rigth. I also think you can take the same interpretation for synastry.Regarding semi-squares, it is different. It's energies refusing to unite. In synastry, it is a bad aspect, especially when important item such as Venus, Sun and Mars are involved. It is even worse if it happens in the 7th house.RandallMoving to Interpersonal Astrology.
